I'm passionate about healthy, nutritious and delicious food. I've worked more than 30 years in the food industry and understand the challenges of following a healthy diet, maintaining a healthy weight and feeding a family. I'm married to Bud and have a 15 year old daughter Elizabeth.
I have an honours Business degree from The University of Manchester, a first class honours degree from the Open University in Natural Sciences (Biology), a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from The University of Chester, and I'm registered with the Association for Nutrition as an Associate Nutritionist. My registration number is: 11514 and you can find my listing on the Association for Nutrition website.

I created my company - Wellbeing Nutrition, as I love food, I'm very interested in the body and I want to feel good. I'm 50 years old and decided eight years ago to study biology with the intention of further studying nutrition. My life has not been without it's ups and downs health wise, but I eat healthily, exercise regularly and I'm able to maintain a healthy weight. I believe food should taste good and be full of nutrition, and as such my recipe suggestions are tasty and nutritious and can be eaten by the whole family. No matter what your requirements are the service I will give and suggestions I make will be based on scientific evidence. I am supported by Registered Nutritionist - Aliya Porter who is based in Manchester.
I work from a home office, but I can offer skype or home consultations if this is more convenient.
