options There are three ways that Helen can help you:
1. Supermarket Shop 2. Food Clinic 3. Wellbeing Nutrition Consultation
There are more details of each below. If you're not sure which option is right for you, just contact Helen for a no-obligation discussion.
1. supermarket shopDo you stick to the same aisles in the supermarket and always come home with the same foods? Do you avoid new foods because you’re unsure what they taste like or how to cook them? Are the foods in the ‘healthy eating’, ‘free from’ and vegetarian sections always healthier? Should you be buying ‘cholesterol lowering’, or ‘omega 3 added’ foods? Is frozen or canned as good as fresh, and what about organic foods and ‘ready’ meals? Is clingfilm or foil better for food wrapping? Helen can accompany you up and down the aisles in your favourite supermarket, guide you through the maze, and give you a "Good Shopping Guidelines" leaflet to take away.
